The Ryder Cup 2008
19nd - 21st September 2006
The Ryder Cup 2008 will take place at Valhalla Golf Club between the 16th – 21st September 2008 on the Jack Nicholas designed Valhalla Golf Club in Kentucky. Profile Hospitality are delighted to offer a range of Official Ryder Cup ticket and accommodation packages for this prestigious golf tournament which will include:
- 4 or 5 nights accommodation at your chosen hotel
- Breakfast each morning
- Tickets to the Final Practice Round and all 3 Competition Rounds of the Ryder Cup 2008
- Tickets to the Ryder Cup Celebration Evening on Thursday night
- All transfers between your chosen hotel and the Valhalla Golf Club.
All packages can also be upgraded to include an International Pavilion Tickets. International Pavilion tickets provide access marquee facility where clients can purchase upgraded food and beverages. This facility will also feature comfortable seating areas and live
television coverage ensuring that you don’t miss any of the action.

4 Night Packages Jameson Inn, Louisville East – 3* 18th – 22nd September 2008
Thursday 18th September: Upon your arrival in Louisville, Kentucky you will make your way to your chosen hotel. Today you may choose to relax and unpack, or we can arrange optional golf. You may also like to attend the Ryder Cup Opening Ceremonies.
Friday 19th September: Attend the Opening Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Saturday 20th September:Attend the Second Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Sunday 21st September: Attend the Final Days play of the Ryder Cup 2008 and witness the exciting climax on the singles matches.
You will also have the opportunity to watch the presentation of the trophy and the closing ceremony.
Monday 22nd September: This morning you will check out of the hotel at your leisure.
5 Night Packages 17th – 22nd September 2008
Wednesday 17th September:Upon arrival in Louisville, you will make your way to your chosen hotel where you can check-in, relax and unwind.
Thursday 18th September:Today you will attend the Final Practice Round of the Ryder Cup 2008.Alternatively you may choose to relax and unpack, or we can arrange optional golf.
Friday 19th September:Attend the Opening Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Saturday 20th September:Attend the Second Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Sunday 21st September:Attend the Final Days play of the Ryder Cup 2008 and witness the exciting climax on the singles matches.

If you are looking for something a little more private then a private house might be a good option.
Private house packages include:
• 5 nights at your designated private first class or luxury house.
• Daily maid and linen service.

• Transportation provided by mini bus with driver/guide based on 10 hours
usage per day.

International Pavilion Tickets
International Pavilion tickets provide access marquee facility where clients can
purchase upgraded food and beverages. This facility will also feature comfortable seating areas and live televisioncoverage ensuring that you don’t miss any of the action. The price per person for the International Pavilion upgrade is £275.
Flight Information
Please note that these packages do not include flights. We recommend that clients fly direct from the UK to Cincinnati which is approximately a 1 hour 45 minute drive from Louisville. Alternatively clients may chose to fly to a major US Hub and then take an internal flight to Louisville.
Booking Conditions
To ensure a reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total price must be
received within 14 days of confirmation. .
Cancellation Policy
If any trip is canceled by the operator, all deposits and payments will
be refunded in full. Otherwise cancellation charges will apply as
follows: After acceptance of a booking, if the customer cancels his
or her arrangements or fails to pay the balance of the tour price by
the described time, the company reserves the right to forfeit the
deposit. All monies, once paid, are non-refundable.

The US Masters Golf tournament takes place between the 6th and 9th April 2006 and Tailormade has a number of packages to suit all needs and budgets. The most exclusive package that Tailormade has to offer is its US Masters Kiawah Island Package. This package includes 5* Accommodation at the Kiawah Island resort and unlimited golf on any of the 5 Championship Courses, including the world famous Ocean Course, host to the 1991 Ryder Cup and the 1997 and 2003 World Cup Golf Tournaments.
