The Björn Again VIP ‘Backstage’ Party
 
This year the fabulous VIP after show party, which for many has become as fantastic an experience as the big Arena show, features Björn Again and is hosted once more by Heart FM’s Dave Clarke.
Guests arrive from 5.00pm, taking advantage of the special site access and free VIP parking close to the Pavilion with a private entrance into both the party Pavilion and the main Arena.   After a welcome glass of bubbly or soft drink on arrival, they sit down at their private table to a fabulous Christmas Carvery before moving through the special backstage walkway to the arena and prime position seats.  Following the spectacular arena show the VIP Post Show Party continues through until 2.00am.
 
The VIP Lounge:
Private tables of 10 within the Backstage Party Pavilion, beautifully themed to encourage the Christmas Spirit.
Smaller numbers (2 upwards) will be accommodated on shared tables.
VIP Parking:
Priority access to the NEC site and parking in the VIP car park close to the Pavilion.
Complimentary Cloakroom Service
VIP Access:
Private entrance to the Party Pavilion and direct connection via a private walkway to the Arena.  Completely by-pass the concert queues into the Arena.
Welcome Drink :
A glass of bubbly or orange juice on arrival.
Show Seating :
Reserved prime position show seats. Best positions are subject to early booking.
Post Show Party :
Dancing to live music and disco until 2am, hosted by Heart FM’s Dave Clarke and featuring Björn Again.
Programme:
A free programme on arrival (one per couple).
Carvery:
A Christmas Carvery exclusive to the Pavilion served pre-show from 5.30pm to 7pm (Show starts 7.30pm).
Menu available on request.
Bar :
A cash bar service with an account facility if required. 
Post show food:
A cash payment Rollover hot dog bar will be available to Party guests until 1am.

Lazy Sunday afternoon ‘Backstage’ Christmas Party
 
This year the Sunday arena show of Rock With Laughter commences at 6pm. Prior to this, from 2pm we are offering a fabulous Christmas party experience in the “backstage” Party Pavilion, hosted by Heart FM’s Dave Clarke.
