Terms and conditions
Invoice
We will send an invoice to the client at the time of booking an event - we require payment within 28 days of receipt of invoice.
Cancellations
Cancellation of tickets is not possile once ordered, unless these can be resold on the client's behalf.
Hotels
Hotels cancellations are not possible unless hotel rooms can be resold.
Deposits
Deposits will be taken at the discretion of Profile Hospitality, to be agreed upon at time of booking.
Booking form
The client must complete the booking form for all events, the contents of which will be emailed straight to Profile Hospitality.
